Every Client is Unique

Every client is unique with different priorities, needs and a current health status. The path to ultimate health is a journey and there is no “quick-fix”. As you embark on the journey and your health improves your priorities will evolve. Wherever you are right now, our aim is to help put you on the right path and support you on your journey whenever needed. We provide a tailored approach to promote health, peak performance and individual care.

We use a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential imbalances in the body and understand how these may contribute to an individual’s symptoms and health concerns. We do not focus solely on symptoms but review all body systems in detail, questioning the root cause of the symptoms. In this way support can be given to the body systems under stress. Looking for the root cause of the symptoms is imperative. Two patients may both suffer from headaches but the cause of those headaches may be completely different and therefore the plan we develop will be different.

A bespoke nutritional and lifestyle plan will be developed. Nutritional support in terms of supplements can be short-term, to hold the fort while diet and reserve-capacity are improved, or long-term where a nutrient is hard for an individual to obtain in another way. However our coaching to help you make good lifestyle choices mean the latter should be the exception, not the rule.

We help clients as a preventative to enhance health and wellbeing as well as those with existing conditions. We work alongside clients’ GP’s, consultants and other healthcare providers to provide the very best healthcare solutions for the 21st Century.

Nutritional therapy is not a replacement for medical advice and Nutritional Therapists work alongside medical professionals.

It is important to chose a Nutritional Therapist who has undertaken all the necessary training to understand the theory and practice of nutritional therapy. By choosing a Nutritional Therapist who is a member of BANT (British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapists) and registered with CNHC ( Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council) you can be confident that they are properly trained, qualified and insured.
